EXCALIBUR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Excalibur is an 8-month leadership program for students ages 15-19. The program is centered on three areas of leadership and faith development that each include adventure, training, community and mentorship to help stretch, equip and launch young leaders. Out of this experience we hope that you will come to know Jesus more intimately, grow in your understanding of your gifting and discover more about God’s unique calling on you to be part of His Church. The three areas of focus include:

FOCUS ON COMMUNITY & SUPPORT

Leadership Cluster

Students will be connected to a leadership cluster of 3-4 other students. These clusters provide opportunities for ongoing encouragement as well as a space for honest reflection and wrestling. Clusters will meet regularly throughout the duration of Excalibur.

Mentorship

Each leadership cluster will have an adult mentor that comes beside the group to help them debrief and unpack what they are learning. These mentors will be trained and will lead bi-weekly online video check ins with the cluster group. The mentors will also be available if anyone in their cluster needs to unpack and dialogue what they are learning in a one-on-one setting.

Young people have the potential to step into the leadership
they were called to and we want to be a part of giving them a place
and platform to step up totake their own Excalibur.
